On-site Training
Esculent Culinary operates within two commercial standard kitchens, our Western kitchen and our Bakery kitchen. Esculent Culinary provides a range of courses from our 12 month Commercial Cookery Certificate III, which includes hotel internship placement, to our accredited Short Courses which run in 20 day blocks, as well as single day classes. New Product Development
Esculent Culinary operates Esculent Bakery, which develops a range of bread and pastry products for sale to restaurants and cafes within Bangkok. We are constantly working on products for our bakery range, check us out online and see our products that we currently have available.
Test Kitchen Facilities
At Esculent Culinary we can provide a service to your company or project group via the private rental of our commercial kitchens for new product development, sensory testing of products or as a short term production kitchen. Contact us for availability of these services as our course calendar will determine the dates and times that we can offer these services.
Certifications, Recognition of Learning & Assessments
Esculent Culinary bases the curriculum taught upon the Commonwealth trade certification framework. Our certifications are based on structured criteria and performance evidence standards and our Commercial Cookery course is conducted through 1000 hours of on-site training. Certificates are issued based upon the completion of the course requirements and demonstrated evidence of competency of the student.
Gap Analysis Training
We conduct gap training services and analysis of your current education standards to provide either external training services on-site at your location or internal training services at our Esculent Culinary kitchens located in Wandee Technological College in Ramkhamhaeng.
