Esculent Culinary teaches Certificate III in Western Commercial Cookery (Trade Certificate) which is a Commonwealth equivalent trade certification in Commercial Cookery. Successful completion of this course enables students to achieve dual certification both here in Thailand from Esculent Culinary, and an Australian Certificate III in Commercial Cookery using the RPL model. This makes Esculent Culinary the true international culinary course in Thailand.
