Our Story
Esculent Culinary is a specialist Western culinary training institution located in Bangkok, Thailand. The course principles, criteria and elements are based upon the Commonwealth culinary education models, which are highly regarded and respected globally. The training is a blend of classical and contemporary cuisines from Western cultures and teaches the framework needed to become a professional qualified chef. Not only do you spend time in the kitchen you will spend time in the classroom learning

Esculent Culinary alumni are currently working and training in some of Thailand’s top 5 star hotels and Michelin starred restaurants, as well as furthering their education and work experience overseas.

Wandee Culinary Art School
Wandee Culinary Art School in the first private culinary school in Thailand, founded in August 1992. The founder is Professor Wandee Na Songkhla, a well-known and internationally recognized Thai culinary expert and author of many cookbooks. The aim of the school is to strengthen student capabilities in culinary art through expert teaching in Royal Thai Cuisine specifically to advance the image of Thai cuisine globally. Our students have worked in the food industry and all over the world in more than 50 countries. Our strengths in upskilling culinary practices and Thai knowledge have been received globally.

Technological College
Wandee Culinary Technological College is accredited by the Ministry of Education Thailand.
The college offers Vocational, Higher Vocational and Diploma in Food & Nutrition, a Higher National Diploma in Hospitality, and continuing Bachelor in Hospitality & Food. The aim of the college is to build, coach and strengthen the younger generation in skills and attitudes to get the best of themselves in a world recognized vocation. Wandee College has been certified by the Ministry of Labor to be the National Testing Centre for Thai chefs, and certified by the Ministry of Tourism to be the national training centre for food production.
Wandee College is Thailand’s Professional Qualification Institute as the certified body for Thai culinary training programs.
